They didn’t have our room reserved, we never checked in. Didn’t tell us what happened, but they told us our $$ would be refunded and then sent us to a much lower level hotel. As of now, 17:37 central, 11/17/25, we have not received a refund.
And, we have not been able to reach them by phone before or after our scheduled check in time. When we went there they told us their phones are down. Very unpleasant experience w this hotel.

Absolutely disgusting hotel! After we were price gouged for the night we stayed there, they put us in an adjacent apartment building where they made the bottom floor into hotel rooms. Phone lines were down so you had to communicate via text to the front desk. Air conditioning was not working in our room and we couldn’t contact anyone because of phone issues and we weren’t even connect to the actual hotel. The room was absolutely disgusting and filthy dirty. With dirty black hand prints all over the walls and ceilings. The bathroom floor and shower was so gross I couldn’t even use it

Breakfast was atrocious, sub par quality even for your average breakfast Buffett. In addition we had to chase down the one person working it for silver wear , coffee, and plates

Facility and staff were outstanding - friendly and attentive.
Only negative: the dump truck that showed up at some ridiculous hour of the night/early morning to empty the dumpster outside our room.

Nice little roof top bar. Was cold and dreary we didn't go outside, but bet sunsets are amazing. Entire place clean and crisp. Room was fantastic as always. Nicer than your cookie cutter rooms. Wasn't disappointed.

I don’t recommend staying in the adjacent building. The walls are too thin and you can hear people talking and children crying.
