No food options are minimal
The restaurant on the property did not offer the food options I was looking for, so I decided to walk to the barbecue place on the service road for dinner. I notice that in stayed empty the hold time I was there.

The first room I was given had a broken thermostat. The second room had the most disgusting shower I have ever seen in a hotel. The floor of the shower was peeling, with chips of old paint making their way down the drain. According to the desk clerk, there was only one more room available to offer me, on the first floor, not acceptable. Very disappointing in a major hotel chain.

I waited at the front desk for a very long time before a person arrived to help me at check in and check out. The hotel is dirty and old and needs to be updated.
