I have visited Life&Co for the first time in 2012 and it changed my life. I came back almost every year, finally even convincing my partner to join and it is the best decision that we took in regard to our healthcare. I cannot recommend enough to have this experience. I also tried other detox centres, only to come back to Life&Co and become their regular client (last year I visited the centre twice). All I can say is they are doing a great job, better every year and you cannot find a better place of wellness.

Lifeco Bodrum is not a posh and fancy place, but a small jewell, hidden on the hills of a small village on the coast of Aegean Sea. Here, you learn how to improve your lifestyle, how to discipline your eating habits and mental behaviour, to understand what real nutrition is, how to get rid of dependencies and all that from emphatic profesionals with whom you remain in touch afterwards. I’ll be there for the 16th time , not because I developed an addiction, but because I learn that detox is an ongoing journey in order to feel good inside.

The pictures and video online do not do the place justice! It's better than it looks. My best friend and I wanted to have a serious detox experience and we were hesitant before booking, but took a chance and booked one week with the option for a second. Just a couple days after arriving, we could see that we'd love it and confirmed that we would stay the entire two weeks. We didn't regret it. The staff (of which there are plenty) are kind and well informed, the doctors and nurses are always on-site and available, the various included services are many, the yoga and meditation classes are top rate, and extra treatments are always possible (massages, foot reflexology, extra cold water plunges), although given Turkey's recent inflation the prices for all extra services were surprisingly high. We ended up doing a green master cleanse for most of the time and water fasting for a few of the days: we felt very well accompanied in the process, we participated in all the activities, including morning walks, yoga twice a day, meditation, etc. and we both felt that we got a lot out of the experience. The place is not at all luxurious or chic, that is not what you go for, and the town around it is a bit shabby and trash-strewn, but don't be alarmed, the facilities themselves (which you barely want to leave) are impeccably clean, functionally organized, the amenities are comfortable, the yoga classes are properly impressive, and the staff do everything to make your experience great. We'll return for sure.

Thanks to all LifeCo Bodrum team that I had a wonderful detox experience there. It was not only get rid of toxins from my body , but also calming my mind and feeling energetic in my soul. I woke up happy and excited in the mornings, and went to sleep at night saying I'm glad I came. ☺️ The entire expert team also shared valuable recent information on healthy life and made us sure how to continue our lives with confident steps after detox. Excellent and exceptional detox center. I have been going there since 2016 and I keep getting amazing results every time. Very clean and well organized resort. Incredible hospitality and attention to detail. Very sweet staff all over the center honestly; they make your stay so easy and enjoyable. Top notch place without any doubt. A great investment in your health.

I booked at this place for 4 nights for the master detox, with view to extend for another 4 nights. The whole experience was a complete joke, the rooms are below basics, the facilities are below basic, however the staff are extremely rude and they do lack the basics when it comes to hospitality NeverMind being in a detoxing centre. They don’t speak English properly and when I ask for something, I always get the silence treatment. When I asked to speak to the manager, the reply he is busy or he will contact you in 10 minutes. For 370 euro per night, you can go to 5 stars resorts and do juice detox yourself. Trust me stay away from this shambolic place.
