I am allergic to feathers and down pillows etc. When I entered the room I had a reaction within 5 minutes. There were 4 of 6 down pillows and both duvet covers that were the culprit. I called the front desk and told the girl of the situation. In less than 10 minutes an employee replaced the pillows and took the duvets, and told me to take a blanket from the closet if needed. Kudo's to the staff for acting quickly to avoid a possible dangerous situation for me.

The room was great! The staff were helpful. The breakfast stole the show. Very good spread, hot and ready with staff right there to help if you had questions.

This hotel is newer and very modern. The rooms are quite large and everything is very very clean. The only suggestion I have for this hotel and all hotels is please get more gluten free options for the breakfast.

酒店和员工都很棒，但是，他们额外收了我50美元，我不知道是为什么。
酒店总是很干净，地理位置也很好，孩子们很喜欢游泳池，而且工作人员总是很友好！
该宾馆交通非常方便，在莱克尔市中心附近.宾馆内有早餐-美式的.还有汽车充电设备.游泳池不是加热的，不是夏天会又一点的冷。1米至1米6深浅。
员工友好，房间糟糕
前台非常友好和可爱。但是，我们的房间闻起来有股霉味，很恶心。我儿子一直说他睡不着，因为房间很臭。空调是沼泽冷却器式的，房间里的湿度很高，我醒来时总是感觉黏糊糊的。床硬得像石头，沙发床上只有一个枕头。
非常棒的住宿地点……非常干净，员工友好且专业。入住手续办理顺利，房间漂亮且设施齐全。舒适的休息区和工作站。位置中心，方便前往餐厅、商店和景点……强烈推荐
