Alarm clock woke me up at 5:00 AM three mornings in a row. Strange horrible alarm clock. Terrible

Clean, quiet and comfortable beds. The hotel is near great. food and shopping. Front desk Staff was professional and courteous. Cleaning staff was okay. Kitchen staff needs to be more attentive to the buffet. Customers had to continually request items to be replenished.
Breakfast was provided but ran out of key items (waffle mix) each morning. Food station was replenished but took a little time.

We love this property and will likely be back again soon. HOWEVER on 2 separate occasions for our room and my in-laws whose rooms we booked - We were told that because we booked through ******* "a third party" that our rooms may be cancelled or our check-in may be delayed "for regular" guests to complete their check-in. In the end we had wonderful stay and were treated well but this threat of losing our reservation because we booked with ******* was unnerving and disappointing.

Top notch staff and rooms
I never write reviews but this was one of the best places I have ever stayed. Every single staff member was so friendly and nice and not in a fake way. The rooms are large and clean. Very relaxing and welcoming vibe. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in town.

Good hotel for a quick stop. Rooms were smaller than expected for a studio with teenagers. Overall hotel was clean and updated.
