No action was taken regarding my complaint. This incident happened to me on 09/01/2026 at night. When I called gm sir , I received a response saying they would talk in the morning. When I tried to talk during the day, they said, "Have your meal first, then we'll talk," but no conversation happened. After that, I went to the MD sir; he listened to me, but I received clearance. No action was taken against that boy even then. I went to the GM office to get my joining letter and experience certificate, but I was not given them. Sanjit had a good rapport with the GM sir, and whenever he went to the room dining to deliver the GM sir's order, he would take half an hour or 15 to 20 minutes there, and the guest's order was always delayed. I had complained about this as well because they used to sit with him in the room and drink alcohol together. Maybe that's why my words weren't heard. Whenever I complained, I was the one who was scolded. It's a third-class property, third-class management, not safe for girls. How long will such staff...

Bathroom hand shower and it's pipe is broken. Restaurant is ill staffed since long time.

Parking is good. Room is awesome. Bathroom in foreigner oriented (no bucket. Room-food service is slow, but whatever we ordered was tasty. Wifi was good. Wfh done easily.

Very nice property on highway. A bit distant away from the city. Nice comfortable rooms. Average food. Well maintained. Nice spa. Reasonably priced.
