Our room was clean, quiet in the evenings, breakfast had a little bit of everything for everyone. The parking was fair, too many Tesla chargers in my opinion. The outside was clean and well maintained landscaping.

Paying more didn't buy me a better hotel experienc
On-line app checkin is a joke. Just didn't work. When I got there the night desk person required my credit card again for a security deposit. I told her I already had a card on file, but that wasn't good enough. I tried to tap then chip read the card I used, but that failed. For security, my business card has no numbers printed on it, and the desk agent wouldn't accept it. I had to give her another card with visible numbers, which she couldn't read anyway. And she manually entered the number. Now, I'm concerned there was a manual copy made of my card number and it's out in the wild. So now I have to monitor my bank account for fraud.
The room was clean and quiet, but very average. The problem is, I regularly pay 30-50% less than this rate for similar rooms, so this was NOT a good price or value. Breakfast also was average, not great, barely adequate. Soggy limp bacon, dry eggs, etc.

Poor communication and customer service
Terrible experience at this hotel. We booked a 2 queen room for a baseball tournament with our team. We got checked in and went to our room to find that they switched us to a king room with a sofa bed. When we went to ask about the switch, the only reason they gave us was that the hotel overbooked and the general manager switched the room. When we told them we didn't want the king room the receptionist at the front desk asked "why can't your kids sleep on the sofa bed?" When we asked if we could talk to the general manager we were told no. Another family in our group got moved to a completely different hotel. Overall was just not a good experience for us

The floor at the pool is smooth tile... extremely slippery. My wife slipped and bruised her tailbone.

The property was clean and comfortable. The accessible shower curtain should be longer. The bathroom floor got soaked. But otherwise the room was very clean and worth the money.

Struggled to learn the TV remote...Chanels organized alpha
instead of by number.
Turned off the HVAC unit and still too warm for sleeping. Didn't want to use AC because of the noise. Quilt cover way too warm. Breakfast always great...maybe your best attribute!
