酒店位置很好，附近有酒吧街和很多茶室。服务态度友好，前台会中文，并且给了一个海景房。特别是楼上的餐厅，虽然没有消费，我朋友痛经在楼下上不了的时候，爽快的接了一杯热水给我们，niceeee 旅游出行选这家绝对没错

房间安静，风景不错，前台服务态度很好，前台会中文的女士和印度女士都很热情，卫生环境不错，每天都有打扫，酒店还算安静，每天早上晚上会有祷告声音刚开始会有些不习惯，酒店接待所在20楼，刚开始不知道，不过接待的印度小哥很热情也很耐心解释
我们在槟城OZO酒店住得很愉快。早餐种类丰富多样，非常美味，而且酒店地理位置优越，靠近许多景点和餐馆，非常便利。
服务热情周到，让我们的住宿体验更加愉快。
一个小缺点是：电视老是卡顿，Wi-Fi信号也希望能再强一点。希望未来能有所改进。
总的来说，这是一次不错的住宿体验，我们很乐意再次光临！
床上有小虫子，都爬到我身上了，刚开始看到手上爬的小虫子还以为是外面出去沾上的，早上起来发现床上枕头上都有才知道是酒店的
不愧是某书推荐最多的酒店，22楼有泳池，不游泳也可以去看看景色，21楼是早餐地方，楼层高视野开阔，20楼办理入住，办理入住时没遇到中文前台，如果不是安排到两个连接房间（工作人员会解释连接房间），入住很快，护照一给房卡给你，然后工作人员会给你介绍房间空调操作、早饭时间、泳池开放时间、WiFi账号密码，不需要押金。房间窗口大不憋屈
工作人员服务非常好，很亲切，会主动帮忙拿行李。房间挺大的，卫生也到位，打扫也很及时，顶楼的泳池不错。除了毛巾有点旧，其他都很好。
一家非常适合探索乔治市的酒店。员工友善，房间宽敞干净。泳池视野很好，早餐也很丰盛。
强烈推荐！！实际上我们想多住一晚，但已经没有空房了。
酒店不在市中心，但步行15分钟就能到达市里最繁华的街道。
酒店位置还不错，貌似我选了高楼层，但给我个3层，一定要3点入住，不够人性
