We’ve been staying at this hotel a few times a year for the last several years. Have always thought it was a great stay but this most recent stay we noticed it is seriously run down. The pool was cloudy and mildew smelly, the rooms need new carpet desperately, none of the tvs in our rooms worked, the chairs in the lobby are terribly worn and instead of new chairs they put a cheep slipcover over them. It just seems they are skipping corners. The rooms are a very nice size and the staff are accommodating so it still has that going for it. Please consider renovations, at least replacing the carpet.

Friendly staff, mid amenities.
Initially we were sent to the wrong room, but we quickly realized it wasn't the room we had paid for and the front desk clerk found the error and got us into the right room. Later we discovered the toilet wouldn't flush, so all weekend we had to manually reach into the back tank and make it flush as they didn't have maintenance staff to fix it. They refunded us a portion of our charge. Building is getting a bit worn down.

Very dirty room. Stain on floor, pet hair in living room, old food on floor and hair in bathrooms. Beds very uncomfortable and the noise level was awful. I have stayed 3 yrs in a row and for sure the quality has gotten bad. Will not stay again unfortunately. Plus now charge for vehicle which wasn't told before check in because they just changed it couple weeks ago. Definitely need to let guest know this when things change especially a charge.
