我们在 Pestana Lisboa Vintage 住了三晚，我不推荐这家酒店。治安与环境：里斯本目前的小偷非常多，即便在欧洲也是治安最差的城市之一。酒店虽然在号称奢侈品大街的自由大道边缘，但这条街和里斯本其他地方一样，小偷横行。我们从酒店出来不到两分钟就遇到了一个四人的小偷团伙。此外，由于酒店靠近地铁，晚上非常吵。服务与卫生：酒店的工作人员缺乏培训，大部分人像是临时工。前台反应慢，几乎没有服务可言。最重要的是卫生很差，我们住的套房里，沙发床打开后藏着之前用过的脏被套。当晚因为被子不够，我们跟前台要被子。来了一位工作人员听不懂英语，他以为我们要拆沙发床，把床上的床单迅速拆了往地上一丢。我们用翻译机跟他沟通后，他竟然又把地上的脏床单重新铺回沙发床，还要把送过来的新被子拿走。我们一直阻止他，告诉他别动了，我们自己铺，但他非要把地上的床单和被子铺回去。很难理解酒店对员工毫无培训。这就是里斯本目前的现状：这个城市80%的经济依赖旅游业，但旅游业却毫无专业度，本地人和新移民都不太尊重自己的工作。自由大道上餐厅的服务员也很粗鲁，居民区的餐厅会好很多。We stayed at Pestana Lisboa Vintage for three nights, and I would not recommend this hotel.Safety & Environment:Lisbon is currently a city of pickpockets and is one of the least safe cities in Europe. Although the hotel is located on the edge of the luxury Avenida da Liberdade, this street is just like the rest of Lisbon—filled with thieves. We encountered a group of four pickpockets within two minutes of leaving the hotel. Additionally, the hotel is near the metro, making it very noisy at night.Service & Hygiene:The staff lacks training and most seem like temporary workers. The front desk is slow to respond, and there is almost no service to speak of. Most importantly, the hygiene is poor; the sofa bed in our suite contained used, dirty duvet covers inside.When we called for an extra duvet that night, the staff member who arrived did not understand English. Thinking we wanted the sofa bed *****ped, he quickly pulled the sheets off and threw them on the floor. After we explained using a translator, he actually put the dirty sheets from the floor back onto the sofa bed and tried to take the new duvet away. We kept stopping him and told him to leave it for us to do, yet he insisted on putting the soiled bedding back. It is difficult to understand how a hotel can have such a lack of staff training.This is the current reality of Lisbon: 80% of the economy depends on tourism, yet there is no professionalism. Neither locals nor new immigrants seem to respect their jobs. The waiters at restaurants on Avenida da Liberdade were also quite rude; restaurants in residential areas are much better.
酒店地理位置不错，出行特别方便，环境也不错
建议不要住。也建议不要来里斯本，没有不被偷的旅客。当地人默认旅客可以被偷。
1. 酒店当地时间凌晨2点偷刷我们的信用卡，早上又撤回。我们没有任何消费，在睡着的时候被刷卡。
2. 酒店在的自由大道号称是里斯本的奢侈品大道。但是我们门口等红绿灯遇到了小偷，四个男小偷跟着我们，把手从后面伸到我们口袋里。（在里斯本三天遇到的第三次小偷）
3.酒店设施破旧，打车到门口，但是酒店里面就要走三次不同的台阶才能进电梯，没有斜坡。去机场打车又是三次台阶。工作人员冷眼旁观不会帮忙。
4.工作人员几乎都没有培训。我们是套房，有一个沙发床没有给够被子，酒店派来一个不会英语的工作人员来送被子。因为他听不懂，上来就把沙发床原本的床单拆了，把床单薄被子都丢到地上。拿翻译器跟他说之后，他又要把地上的脏床单铺回去，还要把新拿来的被子拿走。 我们拦了半天说自己来铺，让他把新被子丢下。
5. 阳台门漏风，晚上临街非常吵
6. 卫生差。清洁之后不会补充洗簌用品。

浴室里有霉菌，木地板下还有漏水。我们不得不两次要求换房，因为第一位接待员下班时没有把信息转交给下一位同事。第二晚的接待员非常热心，但给我们换到的同一楼层的房间，浴室里也有霉菌。两个房间的黑色大门和浴室门上都有污渍。卫生状况非常差。更令人气愤的是，清洁人员使用了我们未插电且未妥善存放的充电桩。当我们向前一天晚上接待我们的那位接待员反映情况时，他既没有道歉，也没有就我们遇到的所有不便提供任何折扣。考虑到价格，这次住宿体验非常令人失望。
我们在这家酒店度过了非常愉快的时光。酒店位置优越，早餐丰盛美味，设施干净整洁。员工热情周到，注重细节。
我尤其感谢他们为我准备的生日惊喜，以及临别前的贴心安排；这些细节都让人想要再次入住。总而言之，这家酒店非常棒，我们一定会再次选择入住。
