酒店回复: After receiving your prior review and also your complaint to our front desk team member of seeing a bug on the refrigerator (you mentioned stove in this review), we had the room inspected by our exterminator and they did not find any bugs nor evidence of any bugs anywhere in the room. We take these matters very seriously and we have a preventative maintenance program to help prevent any bug type issues from occurring. I did see you were unhappy with the rate you paid and wanted to make a change to your rate prior to your check in. When you reserve a prepay rate with a third party, there is usually no cancellation or changes allowed after a 24 hour booking window. I am sorry for any inconvenience you experienced and we do hope you will stay with us again when in the area.

酒店回复: We were very concerned when we received this review as our team is always present in the lobby. Upon reviewing our cameras, we did see you waited for 90 seconds which we apologize for. Our front desk manager was assisting another guest in the lobby so was not immediately available. We have both plasticware and standard silverware available for our guests to use as we know many guests still want disposable items available to them. We are sorry for any inconvenience you experienced.

This hotel was great, the pool was clean and the staff very friendly. The only downside to our stay was the fire alarm going off at 11:30pm after we had gone to sleep. The staff informed us that there was no emergency, but that they had to wait 15-20 minutes for the fire department to come and turn the alarm off.
