Horrible customer service with zero care of making their guests feel welcome. We will never try to stay here again. Very disappointing for a Hilton.

I think the hotel was nice and clean but what does not sit well with me is pets being allowed in the eating areas. Crazy part is no one said ANYTHING. It's one thing to bring your pet but to have them in a area where people are eating is disgusting. I won't be staying at this property again bc I'm sure if they allow one guest to have their pet in there they allow them all to have them on there.

Totally exemptional business class Lifestyles to experience here for your stay. We love Tru for the most part. It's a home sweet home for us. A Radiance Of Light that brings us a great vibes and soothing ambiance to stay like no other else can be as classy and business oriented place to stay but TRU. Real amazing staff. Simply The Best!

It was just okay for us. We celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary. Beds very uncomfortable & too firm extra pillows provided Clen & newer hotel Fast elevator complimentary tea & coffee Nice & updated bathroom with great body wash & lotion staff friendly Lots of TV channels & nice size TV No microwave in the room Fridge not very cold price reasonable easy check in breakfast not good at all. fresh fruit was fine Room on 4th floor near busy highway so very noisy while sleeping Conveniently near Tanger Outlet & many places to eat

We stayed at this hotel during a trip to Florida. The place was clean, but the floor was a bit sticky. The room was quite small and there wasn’t much room for our suitcases. The beds were fairly comfortable. The shower didn’t have much pressure and required a lot of rinsing . Breakfast was typical for this type of hotel except they did have a pancake maker too. Checkin was easy and all of the staff were pleasant. Overall IHMO a very basic hotel.

We stopped here on the way down to Orlando. The hotel is newer and we enjoyed the pool table. Kind of a no frills type room and not much room to spread out but it did the job for the night. Breakfast was standard and enjoyable. We would stop here again..... just close enough to get where we needed the next day and not be exausted.

Loved the hotel, it is close to Savannah downtown which is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are apparently all the same, meaning, it was not possible to get a slightly larger room to accommodate us comfortably with myself, husband and baby. Nevertheless, this is by far the best gym I have experienced so far in the Hilton hotel group with workout videos to follow. The lake view is also beautiful.

I stay at hundreds of hotels each year and am a loyal Hilton Diamond member, but this hotel has me looking to book Marriott or Hyatt my next time through Savannah at least and possibly overall. While driving my daughter home from college in NC, I figured Savannah would be a good place to stop, get dinner and stay the night because there are so many hotel options right off of I-95 near the airport where I've stayed many times. Man, did I choose the wrong one this time. The staff was the most rude I've experienced at any Hilton property and when all said and done the hotel was way over priced. The Hyatt Place around the corner is a much better option and there is an excellent steak house (at least I was able to drive over to get a good quick meal and bring my daughter something back) attached to it.

Severely disappointed. Subpar compared to other Hilton brand hotels. Room was tiny, bed was uncomfortable, and the A/C unit rattled loudly. Way overpriced for what was provided during a time when many in the area were still without power due to Hurricane Helene. I will never spend another dime at Tru by Hilton.
