The hotel exceeded my expectations with its immaculate rooms and exceptionally friendly staff. Every detail, from the spotless cleanliness to the warm hospitality, made my stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. Its the place to be!

Lovely place away from all the all the town noise with a lovely garden to enjoy the sunset. The hotel seems to be falling apart though, the WiFi is not working, theres no hot water though we mentioned it several times but nothing changed, the lift was not working for 2 days so we had to use the stairs but the tiles up the stairs are falling apart. Overall stay was good, staff were friendly especially the restaurant staff. George who made sure to call so that I don't miss my breakfast, Barrack, Vincent. Agneta at the reception who was kind enough to give us late checkout and Edward who assisted with our luggage. All the staff were amazing including the ones who I cant remember their names. I did get the chance to meet and have a chat with the GM Mr. Peter.

能好好休息真是太好了 ^^
餐厅的服务太差了，等了 1 个小时才有人上菜。又等了 40 分钟才结账。这确实拉低了 BW 的评分，甚至懒得预订房间。您需要培训员工如何为客户提供服务，并在规定的时间内为他们提供服务。
基苏木市中心的一颗璀璨明珠。我深夜抵达，受到了热情接待。房间一尘不染，所有员工都非常出色。特别要感谢Rachael，她竭尽全力让我住得舒适。早餐丰盛，晚餐选择也很棒。如果您正在基苏木寻找理想的下榻之处……那就别再犹豫了。非常感谢BW Kisumu！
服务棒极了！他们准备的食物很充足，员工热情友好，房间干净整洁，用水充足，电力供应不间断，想做什么都可以，环境优美，还有新鲜的竹子，我太喜欢这里了！
