Then quickly we relocated you to another room which -as tou said to us- was everything okay. On your check out day you contacted the platform and asked for refund because your new room was ''smaller''. That was very inapproppriate by your side.We kindly denied to refund you because everything went well with your accomodation. Seems that you had a plan to do that. We are very sorry about your behaviour.

Great hotel, lovely room with nice bathroom, lovely courtyard with a pool which is often protected from the sun for a drink, a rooftop with chairs for sunbathing, a kitchen well stocked and lovely staff. No negatives. Incredibly central and clean

We stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend for a couple days. We had a great time! Location is amazing, right in the old city with great romantic atmosphere of narrow streets and cozy places. It has a parking nearby so it's also not an issue if you come with a car and plan to do some road trips. Hotel itself is clean, rooms are well fitted and nothing stands in a way for you to have a perfect vacation. Highly recommend!
