Definitely needs updating, carpet looks nasty and the bed was absolutely horrible.. i could barely sleep due to how firm the bed was, outside of that the ac was cold and the room was quiet.. Definitely wouldn't stay there again..

Room was comfortable, breakfast was a bit skimpy. Waffles and cold cereals are your only choices. No juice or anything.

1st room given the toilet was yukie, no towels. 2nd room a little better, no iron, phone didn't work, the TV had lines going thru it color bouncing in and out had it replaced, someone wasted something on wall behind the nightstand it was also dirty behind it. The bathroom floor had long hair on floor and tub, no breakfast have to go next door to restaurant in convenience store. However the employees were nice and the bed was nice for sleeping, pillows ****** flat no firmness.

Don't stay here!
Unless you are required to stay in or near Bunkie, Louisiana, avoid this place. Maintenance is needed everywhere: broken electrical cord on hair dryer, missing smoke detectors, damaged furnishings, supper sketch elevator,
sections of missing carpet and to top it off: a hint of cat urine in our room! Disgusting! No breakfast! No room refreshing for a four night stay! This place should be closed by officials!

Floor in the room on the second had a hole the size of a baseball in it. Only carpet covered it. Housekeeping left what looked like a wad of snot/spit dried on a coffee table in the room. Carpets in the hall were oil stained and shredding.

If there is ever an issue with the staff or a room we need to be notified at the time just like any other business, so we can address any issues. If we had been made aware at the time and not after checkout, through a 3rd party review, I have no doubt we could have met or exceeded your expectations.For any future guest:We work very hard to maintain and improve our hotel by keeping it clean, sanitized, and renovated from top to bottom, inside and out. If a guest has any issues at all, we are very accommodating and will go out of our way to make the stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.If a room does not meet a guest level of satisfaction we always address any issue and provide a room to meet or exceed any situation.I find most of the time when a bad rating or review is given,the biggest issue is lack of communication.Sometimes a business gets a patron, who no matter what you do, they will never be satisfied and will leave a bad review out of retaliation to achieve some false sense of satisfaction.Every problem has a solution. If we had known at the time,, this one would have had a satisfactory result as well..

Staff was nice and friendly. I arrived very late to the property so I didn’t want to cause a big deal. There was lots of bugs on the furniture, I didn’t see anything when I went to sleep but when I woke up the same bugs were on the bed. The room smell weird as well.
