Housekeeping was very inconsistent and often things that were empty were not replenished when the room was cleaned. The front desk team was amazing!!!

Peoples old takeout food was left in the hallway at the water station. Limited availability in food and kitchen closed down early. Shower stains around shower. Broken lamp in room. Unresponsive to requests for early check in and rude over phone.

The hotel was clean and airy. It’s in a walkable location. I had a bit of an issue at the roof top restaurant as they seemed to have lost the order (or didn’t have the food item), so waited for over 45mins, but once the staff realized they were apologetic and offered a discount. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Can’t say enough good things about hotel. Staff efficient and friendly. Room and bathroom fantastic. Portico was a great breakfast and Knoop the food and view very nice

This hotel has. Very cute design. I live the barn door in my room blocking off the bathroom and outer door. Locks have the extra metal flap on outer door for extra security. The only thing I didnt understand was scratchy, cheap sheets and low quality tissue. That is not a good cost cutting idea. It makes me think twice about coming back.

Clean rooms, although area rugs do not get vacuumed. Found some pills on the carpet. Front desk super friendly. Breakfast restaurant delicious and friendly staff. Would highly recommend this hotel.

房间很棒，前台工作人员的服务也很好。房间没有按时准备好，导致不少客人在大厅里感到不悦。前台工作人员竭尽全力，解决了问题。
一个陌生人走进了我的房间。前台安排了另一位客人入住我的房间，他拿着钥匙走了进来。我们的钥匙被取消了。这简直是一场可怕的噩梦，我至今仍未收到酒店的回复，也未收到承诺的退款。
