Very clean room. Cozy bed, nespresso machine in room and a carafe for filtered water you can fill down the hall. Very cool shower.

The room was beautiful, the staff were spectacular, the room was freezing cold and the thermostat was locked out, and their only solution was to move our room at midnight because there was no maintenance person available. We chose to stay put, and have them bring extra blankets which they did right away, and we slept comfortably then in the cold room, and they comped our valet because of the inconvenience. Again, GREAT staff!

Hotel was great. Beds were perfect. Only thing I would comply about is there was no refrigerator but some kind of ice box but there was really no where to put ice. Whar hotel does something like this in this day and age.

Solid 4+ , room was great , breakfast location was 4+ , great location, but there are items that stop it from being a 5. I would return.

Staff are great! Just surprised that our HH membership didn’t even get us a discount at any onsite dining.

We were bumped out of the hotel due to over booking and because we were a 3rd party ******* booking we had to go to another property. We picked this property so we could be close to an event and walk. We were forced to uber all night with wait times for an uber of over an hour. Not the the best experience and the staff at the canopy was rude and handed us a letter about where they rebooked us. No heads up until we arrived.

Great Ambiance and architecture. Loved the door be the bathroom and another between the toilet and shower. Plenty of mirrors and lights and actually thought out specially with no wasted space like other old school hotels.
Only complaint is that our room was clearly not vacuumed.
房间宽敞，新装修。步入式淋浴间很棒，床很舒服，枕头一般般。屋顶酒吧很棒！附近步行很方便，这也是我们选择这家酒店的原因。唯一不足的是停车指示，有待改进。绝对推荐！

房间很棒，前台工作人员的服务也很好。房间没有按时准备好，导致不少客人在大厅里感到不悦。前台工作人员竭尽全力，解决了问题。
