We stayed at Fern Residency for a day on our way to Hampi from Pune. Nice accommodation with friendly people all around - check-in was super smooth. The in property restaurant serves lip smacking food - we ordered Satwik veg, a non-veg dish and chicken pasta. We were served by Ujjwal Pal - friendly and good service and restaurant manager Pawar was ever willing to help.

The hotel has ample parking space. The room we booked was huge and big. The service was a bit slow though. Breakfast was good. The restaurant staff did a good job during dinner in spite of shortage of hands on that night. Dinner was also tasty.

Just one night during a car tour , but we were very pleasantly surprised and impressed by this is a modern 5 story block on the town ring-road. Rooms are comfortable and spacious . There is a very modern smart comfortable "all day restaurant" on the ground floor for dinner and breakfast.

This is very modern hotel. Well run with very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are a good size and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was acceptable. It is on the other side of town from the train station but again there are many sites of interest only a short distance away. Restaurant has no alcohol

We stopped over for the night on the way to Mumbai; the property is a little away from the highway but well located. Decent rooms and amenities. Breakfast spread was good.

Stayed here for 2 nights as a part of our road trip to Karnataka. The hotel is a standard hotel with usual amenities. The room was of a decent size and well maintained. The wifi worked well. The breakfast spread was ok. We did try the in house restaurant but food wasn’t great. The service was good in the hotel and it was value for money.

Convenient location in Bijapur

We just stayed 2 nights and had breakfast and one meal. It was ok. Conveniently located on a main road. Staff was attentive and service was to our expectation.
