All guests use their room number and last name to log in to the WiFi. One of our staff members would have gladly helped you to get logged in if you were needing assistance. Again, I do apologize for the misunderstanding on the WiFi availability. With this being said, I hope that you will consider staying with us again in the future.

We got stuck in a snow storm and had to stop find a place to stay for the night. The staff was very warm and welcoming which was the best part of the stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, but it was the kindness of the staff both at check-in and at check-out that would make me want to stay there again.

I am looking into getting a refund. I checked in, after having had paid for the room for two nights in full previously. I was very ill and almost wasn't able to the event at all. I did not show up on the first day of my reservation due to the severity of my being sick and traveling alone. When I arrived at the Hotel, I was told that because I "no showed" the day prior, I would not be able to be taken off that list. I was also charged for the full amount of the room for not showing. EVEN THOUGH, I had paid for the room already in full. ALSO, my reservation would have to be rebooked as being put on the "no show list, could not be reversed." When I asked about the fact that I had already paid in full, they told me that because I booked through a 3rd party (*******) that I would have to take it up them. Which is a main reason I don't traditionally book 3rd party, this happens all the time. But they got their money from *******, AND charged me for not showing up the cost of another night. How greedy! So, for one night in that hotel, I had to pay for the room a total of 4 nights!

酒店回复: Thank you for reaching out. Please reach out to ******* for a 1 night refund for the 2nd night of your reservation that went into no show status. Anytime that a guest does not show up, the system sends the reservation into no show status and that reservation becomes cancelled, we do not hold no show reservations for the entirety of the reservation. ******* will have to be the one that refunds you what you paid for the 2nd night.

The entire hotel was immaculate! Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, clean bathrooms by lobby & pool area, too! Looked to be a new build - a week before Halloween & they had cute, tasteful decorations in the lobby & the staff had done a pumpkin decorating contests that guests could vote for :)
The staff was all pleasant, helpful and efficient. Breakfast area was constantly cleaned and refilled. Our kids really appreciated the extra fun pumpkin spice waffle batter offered in addition to the regular - and all of the fun toppings like whipped cream & chocolate chips. The scones and roasted potatoes were delicious, too!
We would drive further to stay in such a nice hotel, thank you for a great night!

Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Have stayed here other times. Breakfast wasnt the best this stay eggs were over cooked crunchy and potatoes weren't cooked all the way but there were other choices to eat.

Bad mattresses uncomfortable beds
Disappointed with the beds. Since this is a very new hotel I was expecting them to be great but they were uncomfortable. The breakfast was decent though. I also took my kids to the pool and there were people smoking cigarettes on patios outside of pool with the door open and the whole pool room reeked of smoke. Other than those 2 things it was very clean. But due to beds we won’t be staying here again.
