Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Have stayed here other times. Breakfast wasnt the best this stay eggs were over cooked crunchy and potatoes weren't cooked all the way but there were other choices to eat.

Bad mattresses uncomfortable beds

Disappointed with the beds. Since this is a very new hotel I was expecting them to be great but they were uncomfortable. The breakfast was decent though. I also took my kids to the pool and there were people smoking cigarettes on patios outside of pool with the door open and the whole pool room reeked of smoke. Other than those 2 things it was very clean. But due to beds we won’t be staying here again.

I stayed here for ease to get to Cleary Uni, its a nice hotel and the staff are friendly.

Breakfast varied if somewhat limited but you'll not starve, however when you have breakfast all the items for the food and drink .e.g. plates, cups, knives and forks are all disposable , it would be nicer if these were pot, really crockery and metal cutlery. Instead of single use items. Even in the room the cups are disposable.

Otherwise nice enough place to stay.

The room was spacious and clean. We loved that it had a walking shower! The housekeepers were very kind and helpful. The front desk is excellent. Jarrett was so very kind and helpful to us. We really appreciated how personable he was but they all were so kind. The breakfast was the best we have EVER had at a hotel. We’ll definitely stay here again!
