酒店很棒，但客房服务有待改进

地理位置优越，房间舒适，但客房服务严重不足。我们预订了4晚，浴室的标牌上写着入住期间每隔一天提供一次客房服务。客房服务人员一次都没打扫过我们的房间，也没有清理垃圾。我们收到的毛巾和卫生纸也只是我们要求的。

Stayed with another couple after a Notre Dame game. It was perfect for our needs.

Good for an overnight stay. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, venues. Great workout room. Breakfast area was nice and clean. Varied hot and cold offerings. Room was nice, bed and pillows comfortable. Spacious bathroom area. Only complaint was dirty carpet (damp - very hot and humid out now so that may have contributed). A/C worked great. Staff was somewhat friendly.

Very nice property for the area! Breakfast was pretty good as free breakfast buffets go! But then I’m a carby kind of guy. 🤓

First night: Dirty linen, bugs flying around round.

Second night: Request room to be cleaned. Arrived that night to a dirty room and no towels. Worst experience ever at a Hilton branded hotel

I think Hampton Inn in Niles, Michigan is writing their own reviews they should NOT have an Excellent rating.
