酒店设施设备完备，床品很舒服，前台依然的服务很好，交通很便利。
酒店位置很好，就在文庙旁边，离河内火车站也不远，交通便利。酒店翻新后设施很新很干净，最重要的是员工的服务态度非常好，让人印象深刻。他们真诚地想满足客人的需求。如果再来河内，我一定会选择入住美居酒店。
Check-in赠送的那杯饮料口感很好。
房间干净整洁，顶楼的roof bar环境蛮好。
晚餐在酒店里吃的越南粉，这个蛮不错的。
河内老城里算得上很新的酒店，床品舒适，设计有风格，比那些开了很久的老牌五星好很多了～毅然选择了他，早餐牛肉河粉每日必吃😛酒店去哪里都方便～选它没错了😛
和女朋友搭伴旅行，所以订了位置好又高级安全的酒店。房间特别干净，床和被子都很舒服，每天睡到9点后！最后一天下大雨，我们再顶楼酒吧待了一下午，很舒服
酒店各方面都不错
临走的时候由于行李牌没有把我两件行李绑在一起，另一个行李差点没给我
因为我有个行李上挂着了我第一天入住时候的行李牌，门口的保安非得让我找对应的行李牌才给我，幸好没扔，在包里找到了。
河内旅行总体非常满意，注意酒店后面的那条街，有个快到小区门口的一家商店，门口挂着很多零食的，那家老太太欺负人，付钱后不找钱，装糊涂，大家去了不要去那家商店买东西。那家商店拉低了整个河内行程的体验，我把那家商店的谷歌街景地图发上来。
超出我们所有期望，甚至更多！！一切都完美无缺，员工很棒，房间干净安静，装修也很棒……我们的住宿体验再好不过了！！ :)
洗澡发现手巾和毛巾都是脏的，黄黄的。很恶心，另一条毛巾感觉用了几年，黑黑的！连这么明显的卫生都无法做好，其他方面的卫生更没有保障
第二天联系我们，同时特意写了一份道歉信给到我们，诚意满满，原谅你们了！我每个月出差河内都是住你们家！不希望我的评论影响你们剩下，特此追评一下！
这是我第三次住这家酒店了。房间很大很舒服，员工也很棒。因为是来出差的，所以没有体验餐饮、健身房和泳池。酒店附近步行范围内没什么可逛的，但我发现离酒店两条街外有家很棒的小面馆，蟹肉面超级好吃 :-)
总的来说还不错，就是洗手液和沐浴露瓶子有点脏。
