Room was great good layout and spacious for two people. Location was perfect for access to beaches and town centre. Food was excellent and the bar was great for a nightcap before retiring. I would recommend this hotel. Pete was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

From start to finish we had such a lovely visit. Rachael was attentive from the moment we arrived to help us to check in, through to helping us with the heating then serving us a fab meal in the evening. (Compliments to the chef too!) She was friendly and chatty throughout. The room was lovely and the sea view was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better weekend away. We have stayed in a few premier inns and this was definitely the best service we have received our od all of them.

On entering the hotel we were met with a very helpful lady (Rachel). We are regular visitors to Premier Inn hotels, but it was the service at the Newquay hotel which we found stand out and exceptional from the rest. We opted for the meal deal, and again was served by Rachel who was super friendly. Food was amazing. Loved the Sea Views. Thanks for a great stay.

Staff absolutely amazing could not do enough for you. very clean and tidy had a Seaview ,amazing view The breakfast Was perfect for us didn’t need to eat for the rest of the day great start to the day

通常出差住这里，感觉还不错。但是带家人休闲度假时，发现第三张床糟糕透了，硬得像石头。我换了一张，因为不太适合我儿子，结果第二天背疼得厉害。水压很差，淋浴也坏了，因为中间的那个关不掉。早餐要么是干的，要么是煮得太过了，估计放了很久了，所以不太愉快。真遗憾，这已经是好久以来我第一次带孩子们出门了。
从来没见过这种事，晚上6点20分去餐厅吃了点东西。餐厅里只有7个人，而且他们不给我提供任何食物，因为他们不允许散客入内。真是个奇怪的地方。工作人员还算热情，但这家餐厅真的很糟糕。
