A beautifully appointed group of suites, recently renovated. It felt clean, plush and inviting from the moment we stepped through the main door. The Malvern Suite felt fresh and welcoming; freshly painted with modern furnishings, fluffy towels and immaculate, modern bathroom facilities. Good tea and coffee station, fridge, iron, hairdryer etc. Cafe downstairs was closed (as it was New Year's Eve) but host left us porridge pots and flapjacks- perfect! Nice upstairs nook for children's beds. Excellent communication with host, both in advance of our stay and with queries on our arrival. Convenient self check-in with code. Parking included (although a short stroll from the property). Thoroughly recommended. We will return.

Absolutely gorgeous place in Worcester. Beautifully equipped and comfortable bedrooms. Beds with excellent mattresses and high quality sheets and pillows. And Fred's below for breakfast! Just perfect.

Great place to stay! Lovely and comfortable with everything you may need provided. Very quiet but right in the midst of everything Worcester had to offer! We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely be booking again. Thank you 🙏 Highly recommend.

We were attending a birthday party at Fred's Worcester, linked with Upstairs At 33. The room was excellent, well equipped, clean, warm and the decor was boutique esk and to our taste. Tea / coffee making facilities and basic breakfast items were provided and perfectly adequate for our needs and, of course, the room was perfectly located for the party at Fred's. Ideal location, facility and price. Thoroughly recommended.

Rooms are exceptional. Beautiful bed and bathroom. Little touches like items for breakfast and lovely toiletries make this a very special place. The owner Annika makes you feel very welcome. I will definitely stay again.

We booked five rooms in total and had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated to a high standard. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a city centre stay.

We had such a lovely stay! We stayed in room ‘Broadway’ which was very clean, comfortable and spacious and the facilities were fantastic. A wonderful touch was the homemade delicious flapjacks waiting for us in the mini fridge :) A bonus of parking was also great, especially as the location is very central in town. Annika the host was easily contactable and helped us with the exact location of the car park. Definitely recommend when staying in Worcester.
