The room was clean.I did not use their laundry service.So I do not know how that would be , but the staff was pretty friendly

Perfect staycation
I love coming to this hotel. This was my second time and I am looking forward to number three. The complimentary breakfast, the rooms the staff are all awesome 👍

Knowledge of pet friendly hotel
I did not realize the hotel was pet friendly. However, We love pets. It was ok until we could hear them barking late evening. We later ,upon leaving forgot to ask if certain floor are designed for families with pets. Knowing/ being reminded of pets presence would help to ensure a quiet space via room choices.

The stay was okay. The rooms lacked the needed TV selection and would benefit from two TVs per suite.

一家很普通的酒店。我以后不会再预订这家了。客房服务人员效率很低。办理入住手续要等好久。酒店网上宣传是免费停车，结果退房时却收费。我真是搞不懂！
