比较明显的缺点就是卫生比较一般,床单被褥不干净,有点状血迹没有清洗干净,另外酒店不提供瓶装饮用水

步行5min过一个小马路 就是珍南沙滩。
泳池也很棒,就是蓝白条浴巾放在一楼儿童club房间隔壁,非常不显眼,需要自己登记自己取。

去年圣诞节时候订的,本来订得有点晚,对比了一下,携程价钱好一点,机场过来打车大概10RM左右,相对来说美居还是比较新的,环境感觉也可以,到店沟通没啥问题押金200RM,然后有2张欢迎饮品券,因为订的晚,又是基础房,房间在一楼角落,窗户基本是摆设,窗帘打开对着电梯口,于是就不打开了,房间设施没问题,除了有蚊子,别的还好,直饮水是3M的比较放心,房间比较空旷,没有一个合适的桌子用电脑(可能都是来度假的吧),迷你吧免费一次,内容不错,泳池,健身房都还可以,不过打扫有点随意,有时候会补毛巾,有时候又不补,总会缺一点东西,然后平安夜有组织自助晚餐(需付费,服务员挨个房间来问参加不参加),我感觉性价比低,就没参加,总的来说这次圣诞节兰卡威之行,酒店订得还行,离珍南海滩近,前面就是个小商场,吃饭没问题,2楼那家免税酒特别好,在马来喝到了最便宜的酒,其次度假感拉满,最后平安夜我们打包了KFC,把电视调了氛围模式后,在酒店里庆祝了节日,氛围感特别好,很开心。

去哪里都非常方便,酒店地理位置特别好,走2分钟就去海边了。周围商店也很多。但是卫生需要提高、角落有灰尘,给人的感觉打扫不彻底。
优点:
· 位置绝佳,就在珍南海滩旁边。
· 房间宽敞。
· 毛巾清新宜人,还提供浴袍。
· 阳台很棒,可以看泳池,有椅子和桌子。
· 房间内的晾衣架很好用,配合空调能快速烘干衣物。
· 环保意识强:提供玻璃瓶装的过滤水,而不是塑料瓶。
· 独特的木质房卡和餐厅菜单。
· 一次性用品(如指甲锉、牙刷)都是木制的。
· 没有塑料吸管。
· 可补充的沐浴露和洗发水。
· 员工非常友好和乐于助人。
· 清真餐厅,另设一个池畔酒吧,供应酒精饮品,包括种类丰富的威士忌。
· 泳池很少拥挤,晚上也开放。
· 早餐足够满足一天的开始。
缺点:
· 浴室光线太暗,化妆或剃须等任务变得困难。
地理位置非常好,酒店的整体环境不错,但是在酒店房间里的角落看到很多灰尘,枕头很脏。希望注意卫生打扫。

酒店位置绝佳,就在珍南海滩的中心地带,紧邻珍南商场,步行5-10分钟即可到达海边。酒店提供免费停车卡,可将车停在酒店和商场之间的停车场。入住时,每人都会收到一张迎宾饮品券。酒店的泳池很棒。每天下午5点到晚上9点,泳池酒吧都有买一送一的鸡尾酒优惠。早餐种类非常丰富,欧式和亚洲风味都有。午餐也有一些优惠活动,我们去过几次,味道不错,价格也合理。
缺点是:所谓的“海景房”简直是笑话,阳台只能看到一个废品站,海在很远的地方,千万别被这个忽悠了。我们后悔订了海景房,早知道就订泳池景了。客房清洁不太给力,我们自己擦了灰尘(汗)。不过公平地说,房间每天都打扫,毛巾也每天更换,牙刷和厕纸都会定期补充。冰箱很小(对有些人来说可能很重要),与其说是冰箱,不如说是制冷柜(没有冷冻功能)。另外,让我不太满意的是,酒店没有祝我生日快乐(他们明明复印了我的护照),这在酒店里还是头一次遇到,通常至少会送张贺卡。
