Our experience was a far cry from the photos provided online. We booked two rooms for a three day family stay, and both were in poor condition. In our room (Superior Double), several lights were fused, the sink tap was installed incorrectly, and the shower felt ancient. The safe wasn't working. While a kettle was provided, there were no teaspoons, tea, or coffee sachets. Furthermore, the 'water dispenser' in the main building was purely decorative it remained empty for our entire stay. The bedding was ripped and the TV signal was too grainy to watch. The only saving graces were that the air conditioning worked well, the rooms were clean, and the staff provided good service. However, my family’s second room was no better, as it had a strong, musty odor. To top it off, breakfast offered no variety. We were served a single, bland piece of milkfish (half a fish) with no other options. Please also note that while the property is near the beach, it is not beachfront. The place needs some improvement. We won't be returning.

The staff are very friendly and the service was excellent. Good location which is close to the beach and they have restaurant close to the hotel with good service as well.
