I had several issues that were never resolved or explained. We checked in and the kids got ready to go to the pool, when we arrived at it it was completely dismantled. There was no explanation at check in and when I asked why we weren't told, I got no response. I expressed how disappointed our kids were since this is why we chose there.
The floors seemed to be paper thin and my wife and I were woken up each morning at 6 am to kids running and stomping in the floor above. I wrote and told the front desk, I got a sorry but nothing else. Pretty discouraged and will avoid this place in the future.

Couple of issues that may seem minor but affect the overall stay because they impact the quality of sleep and the process of getting ready for work in the morning . # 1 . The AC switched off automatically around 4 AM every night , causing me to wake up and leaving me tired for the day. # 2 . The water pressure of the shower was very poor and water temperature control quite iffy, causing frustration during getting ready in the morning for work, after poor sleep at night !

楼下的烧烤架都很干净。下次还住这家。
