All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was immaculate and had good amenities and some extra fun activities like the duck hunt!
Only comment is that the water in the shower was not hot enough.
Otherwise the whole experience was great!

Book it!
Highly recommend! We came to the area to go to Weeki Wachee Springs. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and seemed updated recently. The lobby had a cold water bottle filler, tea, and coffee always available. There were also afternoon snacks put out. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of options. Would stay here again!

Everyone was incredibly friendly & engaged in making the hotel experience a great one. The attitude & energy of the staff made is clear that they are happy to be there. It was evident that the people working there genuinely enjoy their jobs. Whether it be the front desk, the cleaning staff, or breakfast ladies, the people were absolutely exceptional. And I’ll just add that the cleaning staff actually cleans. For example, walking past rooms where people had checked out, I could see staff cleaning everything… including the TV. Wow. Just wow. We will definitely be returning to this location. 😊

The hotel is excellent! Very clean both inside the hotel and on its territory outside. Beautiful interior, wonderful lobby, very clean, pleasant aroma in all rooms. It is noticeable that the hotel is in the hands of a professional manager! We were met by a very nice woman in the lobby, served us very quickly, told us about all the available options in the hotel. The room has everything you need, it is spacious, with good soundproofing (the road next to the hotel is completely inaudible), and a comfortable bed. Very happy that we stayed in this place!

我错误地填错了日期，之后立即尝试取消。他们告诉我他们无能为力，而且不予退款，这太荒谬了。我被迫支付了房间费用，并在我去其他国家期间保留它。绝对不可接受。
