房间不错，但早餐非常坑爹，比无早餐的房间每晚加了800块，结果根本不是自助早餐，是给一张15美元的代金劵，在远高于市价的餐厅选购食物，选完还要交税，交完税服务员还会管你索要小费（而且餐厅服务员的态度不怎么样，比酒店前台差远了），太差了
酒店在downtown，本来是无敌的环境，但是楼下居然有一个bar！大晚上从11:00pm到夜里2:30，黑人就开始扎堆放很吵的音乐！请大家选酒店这点要慎重啊！我要求换房间，酒店说100%booked了，所以只能忍受黑人的吵闹一直到凌晨2:30！另外就是酒店床单不太干净，相比后面住的Boston的威斯汀，这里的卫生差了很多。
我打电话确认是否有夜宵，因为我要带着两只狗去 1100 英里的地方。我要求在晚上 11:30 点两份火鸡肉三明治。他们说要等 1.5 个小时，但我还是同意了。45 分钟后他们打电话告诉我食物卖完了——我又打回去问他们还有没有——我点了他们说有的食物，甚至连烤饼和薯条都晚了一个小时才送到。真的没法吃。没有道歉，没有折扣——那里的员工的客户服务水平参差不齐。我在去佛蒙特州的路上每年在那里住 8 次，一住就是 10 年。这家酒店在繁忙的时候每晚要花费 615 美元。我可以在更便宜的地方享受更好的客户服务。再见万豪了。退还 58 美元有多难。在烧烤店里从来没要求过退还——天哪
住得很愉快。电视音量低的时候前台打电话投诉噪音，我不太开心。隔壁房间的邻居决定在晚上8点之前就睡觉了，而那正是我去听演唱会之前。演唱会结束后，我说话或发出声音都很不舒服。除此之外，我喜欢这家酒店，只是觉得邻居在我约会之夜下雨很不公平。
我在威斯汀酒店的住宿体验堪称完美。我来布法罗是为了观看军刀队比赛，想找一家比较高档的酒店，而威斯汀正合我意。食物美味可口，服务无可挑剔。所有员工都非常友好，并尽力满足我们的各种需求。
床单需要更新。毛巾破烂不堪。工作人员总是热情友好，乐于助人。连通停车场是一大亮点。附近有很多餐饮选择。
