It was terrible. The TV did not work. One of the lights over the bed did not work. There was no body wash or conditioner in the room. There was no Kleenex in the room. The temperature was set on 63 and it was freezing and there was condensation all over everything. The floor was so wet that it looked like I had poured water and we put a towel down so we would not slip and fall on the towel was black from where the floor had not been mopped. Anyway it was a terrible stay will never will go back there again.

we called and they told us that we were not booked........but later they charged us after we went and booked another hotel........PayPal will correct their mistake..............

Wrong room # given. Key didn’t work had to find out correct room. No ice on floor. Tv didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. Both corrected with minimal upset. Not quite as clean as I would have liked-carpets looked worn and not clean

很适合带宠物的人入住。订房间的时候，最好跟前台说一下要没有宠物住过的房间。
