I stayed at the Aloft airport from 9-26 to 9-29 i really enjoyed my stayed staff was very nice and helpful hotel was very clean it's in walkimg distance at food spots. I will definitely stay there again.

Lovely property and comfortable beds. The AC in room was very very loud which detracted from stay. Bartender was nice and personable. Food choices limited.

The staff was great. Michelle at the bar was fantastic! It was a bonus that we could leave the car there and be shuttle to the airport and back.

Quick Stay
Albeit short, our overall stay was great. Staff were very helpful and it was quick and easy to check in. Bed and the overall room setup was very nice and convenient. The only note I can say is the additional $100 deposit fee that wasn’t stated when booking the room. Other than that, location was nice and felt secure/safe.

The available parking pass allowed us to leave our vehicle for 11 days at $5 a day with a free shuttle offered to and from airport. Very convenient! Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff.

嗯，我对这家酒店有点期待。我们之前在其他城市住过雅乐轩酒店，所以今天真的非常期待。客户服务还行，但其他方面似乎都出了问题，我不确定是不是因为预订了第三方，但他们把我的住宿费用记错了，后来他们把钱转到了正确的卡上，现在退款要花7个工作日才能退回到卡上，他们不应该把退款取消。其次，我房间的空调关不上，即使我们把恒温器关了，前台也不得不上来帮我们解决，结果就是把空调完全关掉，所以整晚都没有空调。第三，水槽漏水了，有点烦人，不过我们尽力了，还是开了电源。
酒店真的很好，离机场很近，而且非常干净。特别感谢调酒师！扣掉一颗星，因为我们入住两晚后房间都没有打扫。
我不喜欢早餐服务，工作人员应该更友好一些。机场接机服务没有来接我。说西班牙语的人不见了。
