Check-in receptionist was very nice. However room quality is bad. I had booked a king size deluxe room. I was given an ADA King size deluxe room but after using the sink the night prior I realized the following morning before work that the sink never drained. There was no sink-hold drainage hook to pull to release the water. When I inquired at the front desk I was told to do it by myself by putting my hands in and then he stated that the ADA rooms actually don’t come with that… next I was given a temporary room to get ready in on the upper floor so I had to move everything of mine from original room to new room. This room didn’t have a microwave or fridge. Then I was told that they’ll have a room for me by 3pm so I left for work. When I returned at 5pm I was once again given a new room and it has a completely rusted our lamp, rusted out toilet flush handle that had no tension within it meaning if you didn’t adjust back to the normal placement, the toilet would keep circulating water. All in all this place needs a major upgrade and intensified caretaking and replacement of old utilities. I paid money to reserve a nice stay for myself and I was met with unnecessary hassle and frustration. Do not recommend save your money.

Parking was right in front of our room and a huge floodlight was on all night but it shone thru the moth holes in the curtains.Great front desk folks. Easy check in/out.Room smelled musty. Bed good no bugs, Loud above us all night. Music. Dropping things or jumping not sure. We were there only about 9 hours to rest. Pet friendly. Mold in bathroom toilet plugged, we bought a plunger and left it there. Not the quality we expected for $100 night. Needs alot of attention and reno too. Would not stay there again.

Not very clean
The housekeeper was terrible. She don’t move things sweep out corners. The floor was still dirty under the beds were horrible. The sheets were worn TV was small but overall you know I gave me a roof and they just need to learn how to clean.

Old roof
It was dirty under beds and in corner. A dirty plunger in bathroom. Spit wads on paintings , air unit was worn out. But it was ok. I had a roof over my head .

If I’m being honest. The floors weren’t as clean as I’d like. Not mopped or swept that well. There were ants in the bathroom and the towel rack kept falling down. The service was good and the room was set up nice.

这酒店跟我想象的完全不一样。太差劲了……前台总是没人。我打电话到前台从来没人接。估计是没人想接吧。我可能再也不会来了。床很脏,看着很乱。我好像还在角落看到了老鼠。价格和结账的时候不一样,我最后付了更多的钱。
