The customer service was lacking. Presently they are remodeling and had three window open facing the parking lot.. The giant rugs are rolled up in the lobby which makes is a big eyesore. The elevators had carpet debris. If it wasn't for the nice spacious room have gone elsewhere

Upon review, my maintenance technician and I did a walk-through of both units that you and your family were in and we did not come across any mold. I did have him do a few things to combat any possible moisture in the units well. Nice motel no breakfast friendly staff but was charged 200 dollars the morning before checkout was told this morning it would be back in my account at checkout it's 6pm still not in my account now they say will take 10 business days

As explained during the check in process, all hotels have what we call a pre-authorization which includes the incidental hold. When you check out, as long as there are no room charges, smoking in room or damages, we release the money right then but depending on your bank and what type of card you used- it could take up to 10 business days. This does not always happen but it a chance especially when using a bank debit card. We are sorry for any confusion that this has caused but rest assured- you will get that money back in your account soon. Also- we are an IHG Extended Stay hotel which caters to long term guests and while we may not offer complimentary breakfast- we do offer FULL size kitchens in every single room so that our guests can cook their own breakfasts to their own standards and dietary needs.

Great Stay
Great stay, just a couple of hiccups. 1. There was no linen in the room for the sofabed, however we called, and linen was brought up immediately. 2. They don't have any free breakfast, just coffee.

As far as breakfast, we are a different type of hotel that caters to extended stay guests and because every room has a kitchen, we do not offer breakfast however, next time you are here- you should check out our Candlewood Cupboard which offers many different options of breakfast items for sale. I really liked that it was quiet, clean, & ALL the STAFF was super nice. I will definitely recommend Candlewood Hotel to anyone & if I ever need to stay anywhere again I will definitely choose them.
