酒店回复: Dear Gary,We are sorry that you feel this way,but as previously stated to you,when someone pays at Expedia,the hotel doesn't have anything to do with the payment itself,the terms and the conditions to that booking neither(whether you've paid an insurance for natural disasters,your chosen cancellation policy etc).The property receives a virtual card from ******* and is getting paid by them,not the guest.We,on the other hand,offered to ******* in order for them to let you know a credit voucher of 680,in order for you to be able to use it within the next 12 months,even though we were not obligated to act in such way by any terms!Therefore,it is the platform that manages ultimately your requests,not us.Again,we are aware that the news were harsh on the images that they chose to show regarding that flood,but no such thing as a natural disaster happened.All the flood thing hit mostly Naoussa town and even since the next day,after a good power wash,all shops,restaurants etc were operating as if nothing happened.Even that specific day(Monday,March 31st),all our guests after communicating with us and given the right news by us chose to continue their trip, they arrived safely and they didn't have any issue whatsoever,as our property is 600 meters away of the town.The ferries were able to reach the island,planes as well.We are very grateful for all the guests that keep coming back to our property(our reviews are the awards we receive each year) and their good words keeps us to wanna become even better each season!Just for the guests that are reading this review,it must be known to them that you haven't stayed at our property,so your bad review is a result of not getting a refund as you'd wanted to ,even your last minutes' cancellation which never gave us the chance of rebooking the property to other guests.
主卧很好，有阳光，次卧有点小没有阳光，二月初去屋里非常冷，但开了一天空调就好很多，第一天就非常冷。离海边很近，起床可以从客厅看到蔚蓝的大海。管家就第一天接待的时候出现了，后面是没有任何工作人员的。但管家交代的事情还是比较全面的，还准备了基本的日用品和一些牛奶鸡蛋水果，可能怕不方便买。屋内非常干净整洁。

可能是因为淡季的原因，酒店不是很多。
其中找到了两家中等价位的酒店，想了想，但房价大约要贵4-5万韩元。
这两个地方都说他们提供自助早餐。
AMMOS Hotel 是一家四星级酒店，Mersina Hotel 是一家二星级酒店，所以我预订了 AMMOS Hotel，它是一家四星级酒店。
入住当天我去了AMMOS酒店，没有前台。

抵达后，我们有点失望，但得到了专业的处理，之后我们就可以享受这套漂亮的三室公寓了，公寓布置方便，设有厨房、2 个阳台、宽敞明亮的客厅以及洗衣机。公寓距离美丽的努瓦萨市中心只有几分钟的路程，步行一分钟即可抵达供应丰盛早餐的地方。业主和团队都非常有礼貌、关心和微笑。
很棒的住宿体验！房间非常干净，设施也不错。Aspa 非常乐于助人，随时待命，这也是我们体验如此美妙的原因之一。全体员工都非常热情，他们帮助安排了岛上不同地方之间的出租车/接送服务。早餐很美味，位置也很好！迫不及待想明年再来这里住！
位置、主人和住宿都很棒 ❤️ Antonis & Nikos 都非常乐于助人，而且很细心！我们去那里过单身派对，他们真的让我们在那里度过了非常特别的时光！！我们租了楼上的房子，它非常漂亮，有你可能需要的一切——从两间浴室到设施齐全的厨房，还有一个带按摩浴缸的大阳台。纳乌萨的港口、夜生活和餐馆都位于这里，步行 15 分钟即可到达，所以它仍然非常中心，而且不在非常繁忙和嘈杂的区域！两个房间都一尘不染，每天都会打扫，这也很棒！我强烈推荐这两个房间和主人，享受壮丽的帕罗斯岛 ❤️🙏🏻 感谢你们所做的一切！
