Tire
While Jackie was amazing, things just did not go well. First room had no hot water so they moved us to another room. This room, the TV was not working but we had hot water. Jackie bulldogged that TV issue until resolved. But it was late, we were tired, cranky from having traveled for 7 hours and just wanted to relax, take a hot shower and veg out; not deal with issues and room changes. The room adjustment given for these problems were laughable. Also the hotel should not be allowed to operate with one person on duty, especially late at night. Problems take them away from the front desk. It is unsafe for customers as well as for her! We xhecked in around 8pm and were finally able to relax around 10ish with all the issues.

The staff was very nice. A few things out of order-the gym, a side door, and there’s not much immediately in the area. Clean comfortable room.

We had booked and prepaid for 3 rooms for 6 nights and were delayed on the road, arriving one day late. Upon arrival, we were informed that our reservations had been canceled because we hadn’t shown up the night before—without any refund. It was extremely frustrating, and after a long day of travel and work, we had to frantically search for another room at 10:00 p.m.

Excellent Plce
Loveed, first time ever staying in a Holidayinn. Room was clean and had that new vibe to it. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Will be staying again if ever in the area.

Great stay
Arrived, check in was super easy people are very friendly then went to room ate my dinner I brought in then went to enjoy the pool which is nice and nice surrounding area. Did not have time to enjoy the gym but it did look very nice in passing. Had a very good stay. Bed was comfy. Pillows are great Ice machine on my floor was easy to access
