We stayed at this hotel because it was close enough to Arrowhead Stadium without being overpriced. Very affordable and we would stay again. Thank you for a great experience for our first time in KC.

Where do we begin. We called the hotel the night of our arrival saying we just got into town and will be there in an hour.
When we showed up nobody was at the front desk. We then looked everywhere and started calling and calling to see what happened since it said front desk is 24hours. After waiting 45 min we ended up seeing keys off to the side with our name. We ended up just heading to the room and about 30 min later got a call from the front desk. This was after we called their corporate number saying what happened. The next days we left for the day and our keys stopped working. We had to go back and get that fixed. Then all night there was a loud knocking sound all night from the refrigerator. When we left the next day our keys stopped working again so now we’ve had 3 different sets of keys. The biggest issue was check-in. Because why should we be expected to find the keys on our own after calling 10 times. How safe is that for the property to just leave it unattended for who knows how long.

Property, building and room was very clean. Kitchen and bathroom in room was clean and had all I needed. Bed was very comfortable and had very nice down pillows & bed coverings. I didn’t use the pool or hot tub, so no comments.
My only negative comment is my room was right across from the office and every morning I could hear several staff members in the hallway talking and laughing pretty LOUDLY. This is not very considerate to guests when some need to or like to sleep later due to work schedules, or vacation, etc.
I will request a room away from those areas if I stay there again.

The hotel was fine - my room was clean and well-appointed. The weekend I stayed there was a problem with the key-card system and on three separate occasions I had to get a new key at the front desk. That was pretty annoying.

No maid service on daily basis, so no coffee the second day. Other than that (minor), it was OK.
