Beautiful hotel, we loved the outdoor common area with the seating and multiple fire areas. The only thing we could critique is that the elevator stopped working and when we spoke with another long-term guest from the 4th floor he mentioned this had been an ongoing issue. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The young lady at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and offered great amenities. We also really enjoyed the location, and being in walking distance to dining and entertainment. One of the best stays I have had in a long time!

Hoping this is not their new normal.
Stayed here many times with no problems, but things have changed. Beds were uncomfortable, sofa has seen better days, shower needs to be cleaned better. Cable was out.

The property was very nice! It was a bit of a maze to find my room but overall, staff was attentive and helpful. It was very quiet for my time there, which I appreciated.

Very well maintained facilities. All of the staff were very friendly and courteous. Very good breakfasts each day. Excellent amenities. Staff could be better versed on local attractions and directions to local venues.

Overall real nice. They need different door closers. Older people could have a hard time pulling them open. Breakfast was solid.

Nice place to sleep, but if you want to relax in the pool or the hot tub, make sure there’s no little league travel baseball team. The amount of noise, throwing water everywhere, the lack of parental control as they sit ideally by. Other parent couldn’t even care less, as they were in the courtyard, drinking and smoking while other kids ran up and down the hallways, door knock ditching each other. Thank God for quiet time. One should not have to ask staff to remind people of being mindful for other guests.
The best part of the hotel. If you like cold air while you sleep, the ac unit was awesome. I set the temp to 50* and the wife made me place it back up to 65. It gets arctic best ac I’ve ever slept in. I did get up to lower it when the wife fell asleep.
The hotel is close enough to any restaurant you want, and an amazing shopping store- Woodmans. They have anything and everything one would want for traveling.
