1. 宠物友好！入住送了我们小零食和口水巾。瞬间被圈粉。
2. 位置很好！Bermondsey真的有好多美食。泰餐、新加坡菜、英式早餐、意大利餐都很不错。（附近的餐厅也99%都是宠物友好 可以进室内那种！）旁边也有很多超市便利店。十分便利。往北走还有Borough Market。
3. 停车不要去酒店推荐的！需要步行十分钟，特别远。可以直接去旁边酒店后面的停车场。一晚32磅。很近很方便。
4. 前台很温馨。气氛很好。咖啡店香香的。有的晚上前台还会摆出来免费的没卖出去的面包。
5. 房间内的灯的亮度是床头旋转按钮控制的。一开始没搞懂。摸黑了好几天，以为就是比较暗。
房间算是在英国住到的比较大的，有灶台烤箱还有洗衣机，冰箱有冷藏功能，和朋友烧饭就餐和放行李箱的位置宽敞，同时附近有餐吧和超市，步行到塔桥十分钟，楼下有公交站台，London bridge火车站和地铁站在步行十五分钟内都能到达
设施：很新
环境：安静
服务：很好
卫生：干净
酒店位置非常好，离塔桥步行几分钟。去千禧桥和圣保罗大教堂也就是两公里不到的距离，沿着泰晤士河走走很不错。门口有188路公交，去中国城觅食也很方便。酒店大堂是个开放式办公空间，白天有很多白领和学生在大堂工作学习。酒店房间空间大，还有个小厨房，可以准备个早餐。房间有洗烘一体机，对于半个月旅行的人来说，还是非常方便的。
非常差，订了双床房，到酒店告知没有双床房，说订单上没显示，给前台看了我的订单明明白白写着双床房，前台表示那没办法，就是没有房，只能给我一张床的房间，再给我加个临时折叠床，如果我不同意也没办法。因为刚下飞机，带着大大小小4件行李，还有70岁母亲，实在不想折腾，只能先安顿下来。同意入住加床后，前台亚裔女人在系统改了我的订单，显示订的就是这个房间，让我有种死无对证的感觉。还好后来携程协助解决了，但酒店真的不敢恭维。房间的毛巾也是有污渍的。前台的亚裔女人好像叫sungxxx，态度非常差。
订了房但没房，后来在携程的协助下隔天换了酒店，退房离开的时候前台亚裔女人还说她已经尽力了，一点抱歉都没有，酒店也没有经理或其他人出面解决，真无语。
办入住时候等了接近二十分钟，前台一直在打电话，但态度很好，拿了免费的面包。当天不知为何不能拿到房卡，需要由前台带着坐电梯刷卡进房间
很干净！环境特别好 设计师酒店很有设计感
设施：完备 有空调这真的很重要 房间独立洗衣机和厨房冰箱
卫生：非常干净的studio房型
特别漂亮，交通也很方便，价格在伦敦其实不算贵的。主要是指得很舒心，楼下就有咖啡店，地理位置很好，下次来还住这
房间的床小了一点儿，但两个人住也够了。酒店贴心配置的有小厨房，厨具碗筷干净，使用非常方便。洗衣机噪音稍微有点儿大。交通很方便，离塔桥很近，走路10分钟可达。伦敦塔，伦敦眼也在周边，188公交车可直达酒店。周边购物也很方便，就是地铁站有点远。
除了房型有点奇怪，其他非常好，在Tower Bridge核心地带，去哪都方便（楼下有公交站，地铁站走路12分钟），但是酒店一周打扫一次，且房型和照片不符，为了有厨房挡住了卧室可以看见窗户，比较难受
设施：房间在伦敦来说还是比较大的，可以自己洗衣做饭，附近有一个ASDA但很早就关门了。离London Bridge地铁站比较远，要穿过桥洞，晚上会有点害怕。
服务：比较搞笑的是即使锁了房门，退房那天早上九点房间直接被打扫卫生的工作人员刷开，并连续催促多次😅当然，因为是类似airbnb的酒店，所以如果没有注满一周是没有打扫服务的，但可以前台要新浴巾。
