Toilet in room wan not clean and the treadmill and elliptical in the fitness center didn’t work. Breakfast was ok but I’ve had much better at other hotels.

I was told on the phone that the hot tub was working. That is the reason I was willing to pay the rate, which is higher than other hotels in Carthage. Once checked in, I learned the hot tub is "closed for the season". I was lied to!

My stay was ok. The room looked nice, there weren’t any odors and the room wasn’t stale... The refrigerator had water leaking from the freezer that needed defrosting, so we had to get towels and clean that up… When my son got in the shower we realized the shower gel holder was totally out of gel... I slept ok but my husband didn’t. He thought the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable... Breakfast was good and the front staff were friendly.

Clean and nice
Affordable, clean, friendly staff. The breakfast bar was a little low but both mornings I went down a group of 5 men had just gotten their food so they probably didn’t have time to restock. Overall a great stay.

Room was hot when we walked in. It is taking forever for it to cool down. It is 90 degrees outside. Air conditioner should have been on before we checked in. Hallways are hot also.

Our stay was very pleasant. We were greeted with a friendly smile and check in was simple. Our room was ready and located in a comfortable section of the hotel. Breakfast was offered but we did not have any due to late awakening. We were located on the 3rd floor and it was quiet and peaceful. The pool is located outside and was enjoyed by other guests. I would definitely stay here again.

Good for an overnight stay.
Nice property and great service. However the hallways were dirty and or bathroom needed a sweep, and a mop. Could have been cleaner. It worked well for an over night stay and the price was on point.
