Friendly staff, clean, however, neither the couch or bed were comfortable, the bathroom shower head was poor and the sink didn’t drain very well.

The hotel is very convenient to 322 and 222, close to a lot of restaurants and a nice park around the corner.
The staff was super friendly, helpful, and competent.
The room was comfortable and had great amenities.
