The only thing is that the air conditioning didn't turn off, and since I was on a business trip, the air conditioning fan was always running, so I couldn't work at my desk because the wind was blowing directly onto me, which was inefficient, but I ended up working in bed. The hotel's shop had a wide selection of items for sale, and water and beer were very cheap at 2.50, which was very appreciated. Breakfast was also a common menu. I am very disappointed that the room smells smoky and many touch points look like they haven’t been cleaned. I am staying only because I have to be back up at 4:00 am for a flight.

Reservation Cancelled by Hotel
When I arrived at midnight I was told they cancelled my reservation. No explanation as to why and I was never notified. The hotel was full and no rooms available. They were not able to assist or provide any help.

The hotel looks brand new. Catching the shuttle was very easy from TYS and it literally across the street from the airport. Perfect, if you have to catch a five am flight the next morning. Customer service was excellent. Only a five minute uber ride from restaurand shopping.

Property seemed updated, but had a moldy smell and water damage on 2nd floor where we were staying. Staff was friendly, property was clean other than damage and smell from it.

Daily cleaning? No
Some of the staff hang out on the left side of the building , strong smell of THC from time to time. Cleaning staff have their pants down to the bottom of their ass and underwear showing. Kind of gangster/tug like. Not the type of person I feel comfortable with the key to my room for cleaning…. Otherwise accommodating were heat. Front desk night girl Friday, sat and Sunday was great. Very sweet and helpful
Also when is it not normal to have a daily cleaning? Would like to have know that before throwing towels on floor!

Room was not clean and smelled sour but the service was excellent and everyone was friendly land helpful, we did not complain because we were only there for one night
