Room spotless, cleverly decorated for max efficiency. Staff polite, lots of food items and drinks (including beer and wine) available, nice workout room and has a free pool table.

Dana was outstanding and made sure all our
needs were met. The entire place was spotless.

Every staff member was awesome. Place was extremely clean. Break fast was fresh and clean and the breakfast lady was so friendly and maintained the place beautifully. The lobby is so cool and fun. It’s an excellent place for all ages.

Staff was rarely present at lobby area - sitting in chair on phone. beds are very uncomfortable at this hotel

Fantastic stay- everything reom check in to check out was great! Front desk Dana went above and beyond. Food was really good, beds gave a great nights sleep and location great. Highly recommend

We stayed Thursday through Sunday, checked out Monday, the room was NEVER SERVICED!! We had to go to the desk and ask for towels. Breakfast was a Carb-Fest.
The staff was nice but Sunday I asked why our room was not serviced and she said "well they are supposed to make them up every other day" I told her we got back to the room Late Saturday evening and were surprised they had not serviced the room and we had no clean towels, she said "well if you are checking out tomorrow it is too late to service to room but I have some clean towels if you would like"
The last objection I have is the bed frames, it may sound petty but the mattress does not fit the frame. The frame id wooden and sticks out 3 inches beyond the mattress and we were constantly banging our shin on the bed frame.
