Fantastic stay- everything reom check in to check out was great! Front desk Dana went above and beyond. Food was really good, beds gave a great nights sleep and location great. Highly recommend

We stayed Thursday through Sunday, checked out Monday, the room was NEVER SERVICED!! We had to go to the desk and ask for towels. Breakfast was a Carb-Fest.

The staff was nice but Sunday I asked why our room was not serviced and she said "well they are supposed to make them up every other day" I told her we got back to the room Late Saturday evening and were surprised they had not serviced the room and we had no clean towels, she said "well if you are checking out tomorrow it is too late to service to room but I have some clean towels if you would like"

The last objection I have is the bed frames, it may sound petty but the mattress does not fit the frame. The frame id wooden and sticks out 3 inches beyond the mattress and we were constantly banging our shin on the bed frame.

I could never stay at a TRU again.

We arrived after a twelve hour drive so we were anxious for a great bed & a relaxing night sleep! We had both!

Upon arrival the TV did not work, so got that fixed thanks to the front desk personnel. Room was very cold & took a bit to warm things up.

Shower was great! Breakfast was ok… nothing fantastic. Out of bacon, even though we were eating breakfast around 8:30… breakfast closes at 9:00 am. We survived.

Overall, it was a nice place to stay & would revisit if ever back in the area.

First of all, the staff is absolutely amazing! They text to check in on us, remembered why we came to stay and asked how everything went! They were incredible. The rooms were very clean and stocked very well. The breakfast was way better than other hotels. Theres entertainment thats free there, such as a pool table, big screen tvs and board games. My husband and i stayed to get away from stress of everyday life and save our marriage and we got so much more than we bargained for in the best way possible. We had so much fun and met so many amazing people, both from the staff and from others staying. I highly recommend this hotel and we will be returning!

Check in was very pleasant. The girl at the desk was friendly and helpful. However she told us breakfast was served until 10. When we arrived at 9:40, and realized it was closed, the different girl at the desk was mean when we said that we were told it was until 10. She said, nope, and if you read your key card it tells you right here. And went on about the hours and was very defensive. Finally she offered a yogurt or cereal but we just checked out.

Like the modern looks of the rooms. I wished it had outdoor seating and more choices for breakfast. I don't eat red meat or pork. I would like to see turkey or chicken sausage.
