Excellent experience staying at Woodstock, Food felt home, and the service was great even with less staff, Manager Milton was kind and helpful. Will definitely visit again.

This is neither a hotel nor a restaurant, rather it’s a roadside Dhaba. No family can’t stay stay here comfortably. No professional staff employed to serve the guests. Only a single lady staff manage this property including guest service . Most scary part, no night security at gate and campus. It’s just free for all after 9.30 pm, horrible situation. Room is fine, but wash room is old fashioned , muddy water from tap. Tap water can’t be used for regular use . Breakfast is basic, just toast omlet , no standard food with fruits with breakfast. Overall it’s not fit for a standard tourist family. Don’t know how this property is under Polo group. Also can’t understand how it’s “Travellers Choice” Property by Trip Advisor. Very sad .. not value for money .

Excellent service, also I loved the foods. The staff members are very friendly and are supportive too. The location is also very good as it is just near the roadside and the rates are competitive too. I do feel visiting again in near future with friends and family.

It was cold night and the heater provided was not good. Toilets look old and walls need paint. Poor maintenance maybe. Overhaul your resort to keep up with the price tag. The location is also okayish as it is far from city but not great scenic views.

The ambiance is very good, location wise a bit far from the police bazaar, and easily avoid the jam during visiting dawki river or cherapunji travel. The staff's behaviour is very good, very helpful people's... Nice to visit here. I give it 4 stars out of 5 because of the bed, because the bed was separated and we're in family 3.. it's difficult to manage sleeping... Otherwise everything is fine...

Amazing experience ! This resort is situated on the way to Cherrapunjee / Dawki amidst green hills. They have huge parking area. Rooms are spacious. Cafe is themed on Woodstock farmhouse art and music Programme (1969). We enjoyed a lot. Reccomend to all !

I stayed in Woodstock resort it was one of my best resort Location wise Food is yummy Services are very good Whatever you ordered we get immediately Weather is so pleasant Especially I would like to Thank Ms. Tina Dewri for her wonderful service. I recommend highly to all of my friends and family to go and visit Woodstock Resort and meet the manager she was so helpful and kind hearted. Overall it was my wonderful experience if I get a chance to rate I should have rated 100 out of 100. Thank you Ms.Tina and your team for everything and lovely services We will visit again .
