As part of this concept, certain items such as slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, and hand towels are not placed in-room by default, though some items can be requested at the Front Desk. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated prior to or during your stay.Regarding drinking water and in-room facilities, we provide water refill stations on each floor to reduce single-use plastic, and hot water, kettles, microwaves, and refrigerators are available in the shared communal kitchen. However, we fully understand your point that not all guests prefer this arrangement, and your feedback has been noted for further review.We are also very sorry to hear that the room layout, bed platform design, storage space, and cleanliness did not meet your expectations. This is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver, and your comments regarding hygiene and room comfort have been shared with our Housekeeping and Management teams for immediate attention.The delay you experienced during check-in is deeply regretted. Waiting several hours for room readiness is unacceptable, and we sincerely apologize for this lapse in service.
