Location is good but facilities are not good. There is no almirah in the rooms. You have to go down three floors every time you have to go to your room. For restaurant you have to come upstairs for food. Very uncomfortable for senior citizens and small children. Food is just o. K.

Location, food, amenities - everything about this property is great. People are amazing; owner herself taking care of guests. They let you play music and enjoy on one of their open terraces. Three things they can improve: cross ventilation in rooms. We had a wonderful corner room with amazing weather outside but the room was hot inside. Food variety in breakfast was limited and it felt they were a bit understaffed. The same 2 guys handling everything from restaurant to luggage.

The scene at clarks exotica hotel in the mountains under a starry sky, accompanied by such beautiful music, is simply amazing. My family and i lodged in the two rooms with a terrace. All of the staff members are polite, modest kids from the area. The resort's manager is a courteous and intelligent woman. The cuisine tastes just like it does at home. You're getting another house in the mountains from them. Must go! the place is 25 kms from kanchi dham which has such magnetic spiritual connectivity.
