Beyond ridiculous, long story short I did my booking through *******, make a full payment, when I got to the place they were not able to see my confirmed paid booking, I was force to make a new reservation make a full payment again, a month later still waiting for refund, because they refuse to provide ******* with further information.

Room was clean. Ac was very loud, and when we entered the hotel lobby the guy at the front was not very attentive at all. We also noticed the lobby trash cans were overflowing which looked tacky. For the price the stay was good however I couldn’t see myself staying for longer than a couple nights.

The room was very clean, beds were not the most comfortable but ok, no conditioner in the shower, it was empty . Basic hotel room, no bells or whistles. We felt safe and breakfast was decent.

Nice hotel
Initially started out to be not a great stay. Loud children overhead 6am in the morning and again in the evening. Then the side road to hotel was blocked. The only way to get out and go the route we needed was to leave from the other exit, drive across interstate, then turn around to come back to intersection of hotel to then make a left on Gold Hill road. But an employee intervened to let the construction crew know they needed to let guests out. After the family checked out from the floor above us, then the stay was nice. Earplugs did not help. May be best to place a family with multiple small children on first floor or over an area that isnt a guest room.

我们隔壁住着几个大人，他们半夜大声喧哗，凌晨四点半又吵了起来。我们没能好好休息，第二天还要长途开车。更让我们惊讶的是，每层楼都有狗。
这是我住过的最干净的酒店之一。唯一不足之处是刚进房间时香味略浓，我对气味比较敏感。不过，我很喜欢酒店提供的香皂和洗发水。
