The perfect stay in Apopka
We were greeted warmly by Adrienne when we arrived. Check-in was simple. Our room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed watching the staff participate in team-building activities during our stay. Everyone was included and seemed to have so much fun.

Handicap parking was a bit far from entrance. Room was nice. Staff very courteous. Would stay again.

Room Cleanliness 3/5 - counters were sticky and had crumbs on them. Some crumbs on the floor.
Services 2/5 - 2 stars for an ice machine on each floor, they only come every other day for room service but do not give you enough stuff in the room for 2 days. They only had decaf K cups and were out of extra cups.
Parking 2/5 - while parking is free it is far from the front door.
Beds 4/5 - comfortable but only 3 pillows for a queen.
Staff was nice but not overly helpful they could’ve told us when we checked in that room service doesn’t come every day and that there was free coffee in the lobby (not just for people paying for breakfast)

Overnight solo traveler
Room was spacious with a king sized bed. Nice bathroom and large closet. This would be a great place for an extended business trip. The breakfast is not included in the price, which I found odd. Also, the room I was given was an adjoining room. Being a single woman traveling solo, that makes me uncomfortable. The bedding was odd with a heavy almost weighted coverlet and the pillows were not very comfortable after you lay on them for a bit.

Three people at the front counter…no greeting just told to wait a min…mind you I just drove 1000 miles at this point…the bathroom smelled like someone just used it before I got there and I could smell that the sheets were not changed as the smelled like a person. Front counter person was nice the next morning. The kicker was that the bottles of water in the room weren’t even there complimentary. $3 sad when you cough up $100 plus dollars to rest your head before you continue on your journey. A big ole MEH.
