Staff was fantastic! Had an issue with toilet running non-stop when I got into my room. Which I must say the room was impeccable. But I let the front desk know they put me in a new room immediately, already it nice and warm, helped me move all my stuff. Truly above and beyond!

Overpriced. Room was not clean. Looked tired/worn. Definitely not worth the price. Would go so far as to say it was price gouging!

staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast bar well stocked with hot and cold options, fruit, cereal, excellent coffee (Community). Facility areas very clean. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that the bathroom floor could have been cleaner - there was some hair and dust accumulated around vanity legs and in corners. Otherwise the fixtures were spotless

The staff was so friendly loved them all. The place was very nice the only thing bad was breakfast was not good and we found two roaches in our room crawling on the walls . I let the front desk know.

Room was clean. Courteous staff. Nice breakfast. Near the regional hospital. Our room faced the hospital so we could hear the ambulances arriving.
