Overnight on a longer trip
Overall good for the price. Beds are a little saggy. Thin walls, could hear our neighbor snoring!

The hotel rooms were small, but fine. The queen beds were definitely not queens. They were smaller as well. Our reservation got messed up somehow, so they ended up putting us in two rooms across from each other for the first night, which was fine, but then we had to go pack up and move the entire family to a different room the next night, which is not ideal when you have a full day planned in between.

My main issue was some aspects of the room, whoever cleaned it before our stay was not thorough. There was wads of hair on our bedroom part of the floor , the shower amenities were refilled but the holders had so much built up mold it was black and gross. I felt uncomfortable like was my bed clean? They had some kind of white hand marks on the bathroom wall was kind of weird. Definitely wish checking wasn’t so late that is crazy!!

Persons with bad backs should stay away.
The mattress was very soft, lumpy, and sagging and ever move in the bed caused loud a loud squeak. I have a marginal back and laying down normally makes my back feel better. In this case my back was worse in the morning.
The in room clock needed to be reset and when I asked the front desk person how to do it, she acted as if she was surprised there was a clock in the room and did not offer to get someone to help me get it set on the right time.

在这里住了两天。酒店外观和大堂区域很漂亮也很干净。位置很好，步行就能到购物中心。然而房间很小，床上还有虫子。我去找了前台，要求换房间。我还要求对造成的不便进行某种形式的补偿。在前台接待员“请示”了总经理之后，他们能做的也只是给我换了房间。
前台很热情，第一间房的电视开不了，马上就给我们更换了房间。酒店还算的干净、卫生、服务人员很热情的，乐于提供各种帮助，早餐还可以，房间打扫干净，住的感觉还可以。
一切都很棒，房间比通常的略小一些，但完全够用。
工作人员不是很友好，他们不像其他酒店那样每天打扫房间，早餐也很简单。
