We are currently undergoing refurbishment of our dining facilities to be completed for Feb 2025. In the meantime, space is limited in the breakfast room and there was a queue of guests patiently waiting to be seated for breakfast. As you appeared to be finished with your breakfast, you were politely asked by a long term senior member of our team if an elderly couple could have your table if you were finished. We believed you had finished your breakfast as you were just watching videos on your phone so we made the best decision to help the next guest who was waiting in line. Our readers will be pleased to know that Angela who served you is a brilliant young manager has been a pillar in our team for four years. All members of staff, young and old get the same opportunities and respect when they work here. We double checked with our team to review and see if there was anything to learn from the matter. 酒店回复: Seriously ? We didn't have any rooms available when you walked in ? Hardly deception? Booking in advance is advised by customers as we are often fully booked. This review actually sounds like a joke. I actually find it a compliment that we are so popular there's limited availability. Hardly worth a one star !

We booked the 2 night stay directly on the hotel website and it included two glasses of wine, a cheese board and breakfast both days. We can’t recommend this hotel enough, rooms are stunning and our bathroom had a large roll top bath. Staff were brilliant, extremely friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us throughout the stay. It was my partners 50th birthday and we booked an additional cupcake bouquet which was stunning and the cakes were so tasty, it was the perfect extra touch. We will absolutely be back on our next trip to Belfast! Thank you!

Such a beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere. We received a warm welcome, a free upgrade to a wonderfully decorative room overlooking Malone Road. A quick change and Dow to the bar for a glass of pinot Noir, staff were all lovely as was Melanie, who although was going out that night made time to chat with all the guests. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety. We will certainly return to this quirky, happy haven x
