Staff and housekeeping were outstanding, kind, and very helpful!!! Room was very clean and updated. I would definitely stay again!

Do not recommend hotel or third party. Accidental reservation of incorrect night resulted in full charge for night hotel not used and after cancellation both hotel and third party insist that they can charge for full night when accidental incorrect night reserved. Difficult to contact humans both third party and hotel and they do not communicate well with each other and customer service not a priority

This was a great stay, the bathroom was super clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The buffet was great too. We got a king with a sofa room. It was very spacious, which was great for my son to play with his toys. The sofa was a pull out bed which meant my son also had his own bed. Upgraded TV, fridge and microwave. We only stayed one night but it was lovely.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was moldy, and they charged us for parking, which we did not know about until we got there.

Had to change rooms because the TV didn't work, the room was basic and it had a slightly shabby quality. Not what one expects from a Hampton Inn. Biggest complaint was a hidden parking fee!!! Not acceptable.

房间一尘不染，员工热情周到，服务周到！我唯一的建议是，在说明50美元的停车费可以用信用卡支付之前，应该先说明3.87美元的停车费是酒店提供的便利设施。如果我知道的话，我会用我的公司信用卡支付这笔费用。我肯定会再次入住这家酒店，并强烈推荐！
